Don't do instagram so I could not comment.

I mainly use Instagram because it's the best way for friends and family to see. Not to mention strangers, since I deliberately set the account to "public" so anyone can see.

There are better photo hosting sites but nothing beats Instagram in terms of number of users.

I could see the photos. Just did not have a convenient way to comment on them which was the point of your post.

you need to pare down your album, there are too many to evaluate to give feedback. Some are good shots but when reviewed against the totality of your album it is hard to tell if those shots were luck or not...but it seems like you have some elements of good composition in some of the photos.

I'm only commenting on the lionfish photo's since it's easier to compare to what I do when taking pictures of them.

I don't set the camera to Automatic mode since it doesn't give you the bright colors. I set my mine to manual and will put the ISO setting at 100 (not 200). Next I take a couple of shots and hopefully the lionfish are not hiding in the shadows. Then I try to push my f-stop to 6.3 or even 7.2 which will bring the background reef more in focus. If your camera allows like mine does, I set my focus settings to "spot focus" instead of 'average or full frame" focus. That will really give you a sharp lionfish picture, with nice red stripes as well as a colorful reef behind it. Just my 2 cents. Can't help on the wreck pictures, I suck at those.

Does your camera allow you to do manual white balance and if so, do you use it? Are you shooting in manual or automatic? If manual, are you in full manual or are you shooting in aperture or shutter priority?

You have over 300 photos, it's pretty unreasonable to just ask people to give feedback on such a large set. If you are really interested in improving your underwater photo skills, maybe pick two or three photos, share them here as attached images in a post, and we can give you some constructive criticism.

As others have said, pic a few that you think are the best you've taken and ask for critique on those. You have some good shots, but also a lot of "meh" shots that may be relevant to you and your memories and showing the world what you've been up to, but photographically will not win any prizes! Picking some that have good composition, good lighting, good focus etc. will allow people to provide feedback on what works and what can be improved.

I'm not on Instagram either so no comments on individual pics from me.

In general though, if it's out of focus ditch it, some colour correction for a few shots might work, some of your black and white shots look ok.

I don't know what lens you are using but a wider angle would have improved some of the shots.
