Hi everyone. In the market for a new mask. Recommendations on some quality ones would be much appreciated! If you can let me know what's great about them as well, that would be awesome!

exactly what marie 13 says find one that's comfortable do worry about price unless you really want a 800 dollar mask then i will sell you mine lol (i only paid 100 for it )

Okay, we have established your mask should fit. To be more specific, without knowing anything about your size, face, type of diving etc., I will strongly recommend you try on a Cressi Big Eyes Evolution. Low profile, excellent vision, soft very comfortable silicone, fits wide range of faces. If you have a particularly small face, then Cressi Eyes Evolution for all the same reasons. Far and away my best selling mask.

The one that fits.
But there are some rules.
No pool toys
Pick from reputable dive gear manufacturers and get something professional for real scuba diving, not Walmart snorkeling gear.

I like the Cressi Focus Masks-Focus Black
It's inexpensive, rock solid (been around a long time), and you can get moderately priced, off the shelf corrective lenses if you need them.

Awesome, thank you for the input everyone. It will be for warm water dives. Definitely going to look into the Cressi Big Eyes Evolution. I noticed that there's an option for mirrored lenses, does this have any benefit at all or is it just a gimmick?

Def put it on your face without a strap and suck in, and look in the mirror. Make sure it fits and there no spots that do not seal well, like around the eye socket, or above the upper lip.

I agree, whatever fits. Also my advice would be to burn it, I tried a new mask the other day I bought from a friend. The "Atomic Ultra Clear". He had scrubbed it a bunch of times. Looks cool matches my gear. Jump in the water on my first bull shark dive, can't see a thing lol

To get a good mask you have to burn it, mine is old and cracked on the frame, but you can bet on the second dive that's what I wore, the old busted one.

You know you got a good mask when it doesn't leak and you don't need defog anymore.

Comfort is all that matters, a mask is a mask, there isn't a significant difference between them.
The only thing that matters is that it fits you comfortably .

I bought what was supposed to be a spare mask for 30$ from DGX which ended up replacing my main 100$ mask because i like it so much.
