XDeep - where to buy in the US?

Decided to order a XDeep rec sidemount system - ordered it from Tec Dive gear, they said it was in stock now it isn't in stock. A second order that was placed supposedly shipped on Monday and that still isn't here.

No real answers from Tec Dive gear either....

Who else sells that brand in the US - Used Xdeeps website and it looks like nobody in the US stocks that brand....

I bought a NX Ghost from them. They told me it was in stock. Of course not. They just lie about that. It was shipped from Poland. Took two weeks longer than promised. Good quality - I do like the BPW.

My understanding is that xdeep is a direct-to-customer business model. They don’t sell to shops who would then on-sell to customers. They sell directly to you, the end-user.

That’s obviously something I’m unaware of and maybe that’s somewhat true somewhere along their road of bringing their products to market, although that’s not what I heard from the horse’s mouth. In any event, their current model is direct-to-consumer, last I heard.

They also have independent instructors marketing them.

If that's the case it's either a model or issue they have for outside of Europe. Over here I've seen their stuff in many shops and I can think of at least two that sell it online too. I have their NX zen and I bought it from my LDS in stock.

My fault, I was thinking of another brand.
