Suggestion to new manager
Run trips to sea mounts
Get a few faster boats and go to sites with less dive pressure
Drinking with dive guides is fun , wish we could drink with your dive guides
Get rid of all the local entertainment, it's a waste of time
Get more young people to come to your resort, it feels like a retirement community
Use fast boat to take people to west end for lunch after a dive, people are missing out not seeing west end .
Get rid of the tipping system

gregm11...WTH don't change anything that has always been the rule. if you don't like the way it is run don't go. we old people need a place to go where there are not a bunch of snarky young people acting like snarky young people

I enjoy the company of "old" people so sounds like the place for me!

If we're gonna make suggestions - really wish they'd do 2 dives elsewhere from the boats instead of the second dive always a drop off. At least from the morning boats, maybe a drop off only for the second dive in the afternoon. People complain about liveaboards doing sites that can be done from shore, but at least that has the added value of being on a liveaboard for people who prefer it. Resort boat doing dives that can be shore dives from the very same resort I didn't like. I go back if they changed that and I heard the food got much better.

I'm pretty sure they could IF they wanted to. My guess is they are ready to get back home. And maybe they don't love all of us as much as we love them.

. Please stick the formula that got Coco where it is. There are many options for those that don't like it.Similar threads
