1. Can't find the "show thread in printable format" anymore. Where can I find it?

That sucks. Tapatalk is far superior to any mobile view of any forum. The problem is that thousands of records and lists and lists of data is not meant to be presented via a responsive site! It display ads much better.

Ugh huge step backwards if this is the case.

Here is an example. A screenshot of the responsive site and a screenshot from tapatalk of the exact same thing.

Which one would you rather use if you were here to talk about scuba diving from a mobile device? Not to mention that it was damn near impossible to post these images.

Xenforo has a tapatalk plugin that even seems to be kept up to date. Hopefully it can eventually find its way to being installed.

Short answer on Tapatalk. No.

Tapatalk doesn't support the site sponsors. Without them, there would be no site. Therefore no Tapatalk.

Please support the SB Sponsors. They have kept this site running for 16 years.

It is a bit of a bugger I actually LOVE the new interface on desktops. Not sure I can stand it on the phone but I will let it try and grow on me. :\

It's no secret that this site is advertiser supported. If it wasn't it would probably have to cost money, as the server bills for a site this size isn't pennies. We can't host this on the $5 a month wordpress hosting from hostgator... you know

Maybe something like this can be implemented as an alternative.

Allows for a "true" mobile experience complete with push notifications. Makes an official scubaboard app and doesn't piss off advertisers / the people getting paid. May be something to look at @HowardE
