Roxanne - I was just being facetious. Seems like every week there is a new post asking about dive op recommendations along with the endless rehashing of their pros & cons.

Thank you for the recommendation but I am a big Blue Angel fan.

On a serious note, those are some great ideas you listed. Unfortunately, I am such a dive addict (38 dives in 9 days on my last trip), I don't leave myself any time to do anything else!
 
For food, consider the Comida Casera style food on Coz. These are people's homes - they feed you lunch in their backyard and cook in their home kitchen. These are usually a full meal at a price fixed and very reasonable. Comida Casera means "home cooking". There are several on Coz. You can ask the taxi drivers or the dive shops for recommendations.

You don't want to dive with the same operator the entire group is diving with? (Dive Paradise)
 
Just booked my own "invasion" for August this year. I hope to leave myself enough time to experience some of the things Roxanne has mentioned.
