Hello. Just a post wondering why BARE has a policy of not selling their boots??
I have a Trilam HD Techdry and simply need to change out tight fitting rubber boots.
Bare has honoured their lifetime seem warranty on my other trilam to their credit....
They have told me I have to pay shipping both ways for the boot change.
There is a couple of local guys that over the many years have demonstrated the ability to keep local divers dry with latex seals and boots, saving the expense of shipping charges.
I would think BARE would rather have their brand and logo advertised, rather than other divers seeing noname or Whites which is available to the repair facilities ??
Maybe they are lonley like Maytag and need the work?
BARE - Please reconsider this policy and save the planet with less carbon from needless shipping at the same time. Thank you

I'm not sure about your complaint here.

My personal experience was having the compressed neoprene socks on my Bare NexGen replaced with the next larger size. I paid $150 plus one-way shipping. Entirely reasonable IMHO. So how much are you being quoted?
