kcmayes1,

We "only eat out in the evening if it is reasonable ($20 or less for 2)". We like the laid back vibe that GT sounds like and the close wall diving. Or is the diving that much better at west caicos/french caye even with the long boat rides?

I have only dove west C and French caye once so I cannot compare it to G.T. You will have to ask others. My dive from Provo had about 30 people and seemed to take all day. GT diving is ~5 min boat rides and back to shore for the surface interval with no more than 4 people. Some days it was 2 of us, one day it was just me and the guide. I liked that a lot.

If you're looking at airfare, prices dropped about $200 for Tulsa to Provo this morning using American Airlines in Oct this year.

Paid for our flight to Grand Turk for October, put them on M/C so guess we have to go.

Be staying at Saltshaker and looks like we can get the cheapest diving package with GTdiving.

Read somewhere the temperature in Dec was cold, didn't say what it was just cold. We use full 5 mil everywhere and are chilly in 79 deburreezz but perfect at 82 degrees. Anyone know what the temp will be in early to mid October?
