Probably a day late and a dollar short for the mantas at Derawan. But it is a great thing nevertheless.

The only caveat is for the Indonesian government to follow through.

I agree this is wonderful news. But pardon me if I rain on this parade ... I remain a bit guarded while I await Indonesia's plan for enforcement, and their anti-corruption measures.

I hear you. That is why I said that the only caveat here is for the Indonesian government to follow through. But it is a big step in the right direction. We'll see how this will unfold.
