what is it, that makes diving so worth while. If u were to try to explain to ur buddy whose never been diving before, why they should try it, what would u say? i'm trying to convince my husband to get into it, and im running out of ideas, help would be appreciated.

The 3rd dimension ? Weightlessness ? Unless you are an astronaut. Astronauts do pool training to simulate weightlessness. 'Normal' life is 2 dimensional. Except for ladders, stairs, etc. To really experience freedom to move in all 3 dimensions = scuba dive.
