Putting on the farmer john 7 mil bottom I keep my socks on if the suit is dry. Then take them off, of course. If it is wet like between dives and I need the head (which I ALWAYS do for #1) the pants never come completely off. After 284 dives now it is amazing that with suit on I have yet to need the head for #2.....

I use lycra socks for my feet and go heavy on diluted conditioner (half and half works best) for my arms and legs.
There's nothing like peeling away your wetsuit and smelling like piss n coconuts. :D
i may have a problem.....

Plastic Doggie Poop Bags will do the trick. They are free at most beach accesses and public parks. Unused, of course, put them over your feet, just like socks. The small plastic bags slip right through the legs of your wetsuit. Your foot will shoot out the bottom with the bag on it as a sock. Take the bag off, reuse for other foot, and two hands.

This will cut the time getting into your wetsuit easily in half, maybe by 75%. It's like magic! Even if the suit is wet, your feet will slip right through.

Any tips for putting on a wet wetsuit. Like if you are diving in the morning and then later in the afternoon and the wetsuit has not had a chance to dry. Or even part way off if you need to use the head. I saw some Trislide silicon spray solution on line anyone tried it?

Rolling up the legs/sleeves helps...They'll only roll up so far but every little bit helps...Especially when using the thicker mm's....But a wet wetsuit is definitely easier to put on....CHILLING, but easier.....;O !!!!!

Pantyhose definitely helps the wetsuit just slide on. The thicker the wetsuit, particularly without pantyhose, the more you need to unroll it up, rather than pull it up. I roll the whole bottoms down, stick my feet through and ease it up, avoiding bunching. Same for taking it off, roll or peel it down rather than pulling it down.

A wet wetsuit is usually easier to put on, though unpleasant in cooler climates. Usually putting on a dry thick wetsuit on a clammy body on a hot day is harder...

Put a plastic shopping bag over each hand or foot as you slide the wetsuit on, then once it's on just remove the plastic bag. Works wonders :D

By now everyone has provided the most commonly used methods, of which I have seen most in use, including the tights/pantihose.
Plastic bags on the hands seems quite common place,
but, to be honest I find the best method is to
a) have a wetsuit that fits!
b) put it on either very dry, or very wet (therefore if it is between dives, soak it before donning)
c) talc helps a dry wetsuit (but i defer you back to a)) and talc just makes a wet wetsuit, gunky and horrible, and doesn't help much, lube is better.
