Current weather in Mabul/Sipadan?

What is the current temperature, water temp and hours of rain per day in the Mabul/Sipadan area right now? Never been there and heading down in a couple of weeks. Thanks.

25-29 degree's celcius (water temp) I guess...comfortable enough to dive with a t-shirt and shorts...hot and sunny with some showers in the afternoons/at night. Strong winds blowing at the moment..

Mornings/Afternoons are 36 degree's celcius..

I am also heading there at the end of the month, how is the visibility around sipadan? I have heard that this is the low season, but the visibility was still good?

Visbility has been good the past week...it's helped there hasn't been major storms though...YET.

Hello there,

Weather in Mabul now is Great during day..but only sometimes a bit windy at the evening (around: 5.30pm-6.00pm)
Underwater temperature around 27-29 degree celcius.
Visibility- different dive spot, different visibility.. but most of the time if you dive following the reef the viz is about 15-20m.
