If you think chance and luck is what gets ahead in the kleptocratic system, you are sadly mistaken. There are the sparingly few that might by chance and luck move up the system. But the game is pretty much fixed. It would probably be better off in an Ayn Rand world where there is no law or regulation, since the laws only favor those industries that helped write the law.

I was going to mention examples, which would have made it more obvious. But I didn't want to go offtrack. The point is to have a class system out in the open where some parts are off limits to others. There is obviously extreme classism being practiced in this caste based society, but the fat cats usually do that with their fellow fat cats so as not to incite the Proles.

And you know, if the 'working poor' are vacationing at a resort hotel, perhaps they're doing okay? (At least the ones in a position to be separated out at this one).

You make reference to gated communities, and the rich sequestering themselves so their open displays of wealth don't trigger attacks or something.

So, how is that different from a situation where, oh, say, a typical working class family of 4 with a 2,000 square foot suburban home and 0.5 acre yard chooses not to live in some inner city ghetto/projects type neighborhood, where those much less well off might be envious? Let's say they moved into one. Imagine some impoverished mother of 5 (whether she's on welfare or washing dishes for minimum wage) worried about her pregnant teenage daughter, her gang-involved teen son and their siblings, and she looks over and sees our successful working class family Dad hauling a 40" LCD t.v. & blu-ray player into the home.

Birds of a feather flock together. It often leads to less awkwardness. Some of those 'prol.s' you mention would get robbed if we dumped them in some parts of the world.

The theory of the fat cats creating jobs is such an old one and that does not pan out in real life, even though we had over half a century of tax laws to favor them. The theory was tested in Argentina during their debt crisis, where all the fat cats all ran off to flee from their debt and the Proles took over the mfg business and was turning a profit, thus wondering why was it losing money in the first place if not for the fact cats. Of course, when it got good, the fat cats returned and wanted the factories back.

Of course, now the fat cats don't even need the Prols to get fatter given that they could search throughout the world for the next slave wage country to exploit, after dumping on countries like Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, and currently getting their free ride on China.

I have always advocated the fact that the civil right movement was a finger pointing situation by the north to the south about their treatment of the blacks. Of course, it was easy for the north to pen the southern arrivals in the ghetto projects, and when the uprisings starting spreading to the north along with the spreading out from the ghettos, the white flights started taking place and the civil rights movement came to a dead stop.

No, I don't. My point was that 'fat' is often relative. Many of the 'We are the 99%' crowd would move way up in the percentages if you put them in a different part of the world.

Maybe it is the bourgeois that are lucky here, given the proles have been brainwashed with the prolefeed to think that indentured servitude is the norm. If the bourgeois are shipped to some other countries, they would be mobbed by the proles and torn apart.
