ok what is going to be the differance between the
EXplorer DPV and the Explorer X?

when does the X model come out?
whos gonna buy it?

Did anybody have any problems with the DPV?

I know the Older Explorer had massive amounts of problems

ok any help would be awesome thanks

The new Sea Doo Explorer X is similar to the original Explorer with major improvements to the sealing of the inner compartment(this was the cause of the old Exlporers problems) the addition of a pressure release valve and the color scheme has changed(for the better IMHO)

I just bought the explorer x because it was $500 on amazon. I have the bladefish 5000 as well. I guess you could say I'm a collector of "less than" scooters. If I'm going to spend $4000-6000 on something to take me through the water it will be a boat! (maybe after I get a boat then I'll get one)

3.3 MPH, and 2 hours of runtime... They're saying this toy scooter is faster than a stock CUDA 550.

Tahoe benchmark:
Cuda 550 Max speed 254 fpm (2.89mph)

Oh dear lord no. You remember what happened with that Bladefish thread, right?

The Sea-Doo Seascooter Explorer X is out and we've actually sold a couple of them thus far. The comments we've heard from our customers is that they've been overall very happy with the newer version.

Do they have a Harley model yet.

How are those speed measurements made? Is that purely based on thrust and a mathematical calculation of how fast the scooter will move through the water on it's own (ie, no load) or are the measurements made using some kind of "benchmark" diver being towed?

R..
