Yeah kind of what I figured, but was hoping a regular visitor had direct e-mail addresses or something.
ok - so I stumbled on a blog page for the fantasy island marina - this is run by the private yacht owners that use the marina...

So this looks like the local number, so you'll need to put the 504-455-5304
from the USA: 011-504-455-5304 - I'm guessing.
Anyway - might be worth a shot.
another possibility is to try the FB group:
"Fantasy Island Marina, Roatan, Honduras"
Again the FB group is run by the "cruisers" that rent space at the marina. However, you could message them on FB and ask them to relay something to the shop - or maybe they could get you a shop phone number.
