Martha - where do they serve lunch now? Do they use the outbuilding or are they still serving lunch upstairs in the dining room?

Thanks.

If it was sunny out, they served lunch outside. On the rainy days, it was upstairs in the dining room.

Hi Martha, glad you enjoyed the trip and glad I could be of some help. We are headed back on Jan. 21st and can't wait........this 32 degree weather in South Louisiana is a bummer.

Thanks again for all your help. I hope you have a fantastic trip!

We are looking forward to it....don't tell me they have changed up again...do I understand that Carlos is now using the downstairs for lunch again...wish he would make up his mind.

We were there back in April and loved every minute. We will be back this fall and just can't wait.

They were talking about getting new dive boats when we were there. Does anyone know if they have yet?

No, they have not acquired new boats and I think with the economy thing that is kind of on hold....It's my understanding that they are in the process of acquiring new engines for the existing boats and refurbishing them.

Stormingheaven -

The overwhelming reaction to the idea of new boats was negative. These boats may not look as "sexy" as the new fiberglass models, but they take the waves MUCH better! Most frequent divers at Fantasy Island are against the idea of new boats. They'd just like to see the existing ones refurbished and enhanced.

Anyone know if they are serving mango at any time of the day? A year before last they had lots of mangoes, but last year none.
