I had to write a big, nasty check yesterday to help take care of all the people who don't want to work.:depressed:

To counteract the sad feeling of tax day, I had ordered a new X Scooter earlier in the week and they delivered it yesterday! So the day wasn't so bad after all. I put it together last night and it was all I could do not to go jump in the pool with it. Hopefully I can get it wet this weekend.

I had to write a check yesterday too.

But today I went to the beach and had an awesome time!! I stopped by Gary's shop and picked up my 3 new HP100's with H valves and tried on a new wetsuit that I just HAD to have.

It was nice to see Gary and Linda again and meet Linda's sister that was visiting

No, I leave the office on April 15th. I don't do returns the last day. It is too stressful. I make myself unavailable.

somehow I've got a feeling that if someone waits till Apr 15th to do their taxes... chances are there isn't much hope of getting everything together. (unless you're a 1040EZ filer).

Before efiling, the post offices would stay open until midnight on the 15th and grab the envelopes as people drove by and threw them at them. Now, the IRS will accept efiles until midnight on the 15th.
