Hi! Am a new member. What is DOR? a regular get 2gder of dive enthusiasts?
What's d usual agenda?
hi evie!

please do join (them) on the 25th... no pressure, relaxed diving... great people to be with, it's going to be a memorable time for sure...

i'm miffed that i can't join them...

at the very least you'll meet some interesting characters (like iris and our star photographer jon)... get the low-down on interesting characters who aren't there (like MV and why the sailor in the other table is blowing him kisses)... and get your picture taken underwater

if zee gets there then there'll be some international flavor as well (you'll have to ask maggie what that flavor is, though... :l: )

there's lots to learn about diving as well... caloy, for instance, is so tipid on air he only needs a plastic bag and a straw... his getting cold (very old age) kicks in long before his low-air level does... idol :god:

definitely not a waste of your diving day...

hi! dor stands for 'dive-o-rama'. it's a not so regular dive / get-together of ppd'ers that now includes you :D so feel free to join us. it'll be fun. it always is :D

First DOR was in portulano - main agenda was for a COT clean up and have our picture taken underwater with the banner (yes, there's a banner - been to sooo many places already)

Second was in aquaventure

Third was in puerto galera where we finally met our friends from all over the world.

and i've lost count since then but there were dor's in sogod, bohol, etc...

don't let the lolos scare you. you have to excuse them. mga lolo na kasi... that's their warmest way of welcoming you.

hahaha! Ok. Medyo natakot nga ako...U seem like a cool grp, saya!

But sad 2 say, i cant dive yet..bummer! Soooo missing d waters already!! Last dive was May.
How long after a major surgery will a person be safe to dive?? Been counting d days!!!!
Started my gym again after 2 & a half months to gain core & leg strength for diving.
Not as strong as I used-to be...:depressed:
Hmmm.. & i should buddy-up w/ Caloy, para ill use his extra air nalang! Im an air-hogger!! Lmao!!:rofl3:
Ok, pls keep me posted. Would really love to meet u all! :)
Happy Divings! & be safe always!!! Cheers!!!!:D

surgery? at least 6 weeks. I had gall bladder laparoscopy last June 16 08 and did not dive till Aug 23-24.

ps - don't believe what jag is saying:wink: and finally, there's no initiation into the group. We love the loco type, you'd easily fit in. (walang pikon po)

@evie: buddy up with jag :D

that's suicide....

mga hayuf!

in fairness i'm much, much better with my air consumption now... last time we did basura i could have stayed longer...

just seemed like all the critters decided to take a vacation...

:lotsalove:

PS
evie: take caloy's advice on the post-surgery diving... he's our resident bionic man... he has a bionic heart, bionic gallbladder and also takes viagra for that bionic winky effect...

ika nga ng mga matatanda "sinagasaan ng tren, nakatayu pa rin"... idol yang si caloy...
