I'm embarrassed to ask this question, but I really don't know the answer and know you guys can help me out. We are planning a trip to the Florida Keys this Thanksgiving for 8 days. We would like to stay in Marathon and, therefore, be centrally located. We thought we would do a couple days of diving in the upper keys, dive a couple of days in the central keys and a couple in the lower keys. Question: Would we get different dive operators for the different areas or do get one dive op that would bring us all the different areas. Do you recommend and dive operators? Your help would REALLY be appreciated.

Capt. Hooks on Marathon, Innerspace on Big Pine and Southpoint Divers in Key West.

I was in Marathon last Thanksgiving (and will be there again this year at the same time) I dove with Capt. Hooks and can HIGHLY reccommend them!

Great people, nice boat and just a great operation overall! Contact them and they'll take care of everything you need!

In Key Largo, I can't reccommend anyone other than Blue Water Divers, great op also!

Down in Key West I use Captains Corner. (big boat and cheaper than everyone else)

No one I know of handles the whole 100 or so miles from Key Largo through Key West.

I'm planning the same thing this year. I'm going to use Blue Water for my Key Largo dives, Conch Republic for just below there, Capt. Hook for Marathon, Innerspace for Big Pine, and if I MAKE it to Key West (well to dive that is) I'll use Captains Corner.

Maybe we'll run into each other!

Captains Corner is a big boat with a big hole in it. Hasn't been running for a while now, its been in the yard.

Try Steve with Keys Mobile Diving. He can move the boat around for you. We just finished 4 days of diving with him and it worked great.
