However, you have to take in account termocline and I guees it's always 13-15 °C below 20 m.

Can somebody tell me what the average water temps are around Corsica and Sardinia in the summer months?

It's not so easy to give one number, because Sardinia has very different water conditions (I never dove in Corsica), depending on latitude, streams, ...

In my experience, mainly in Alghero-CapoCaccia (Sardinia NW), in the range 0 mt. - 20 mt. the lowest temperature I've found is about 19 °C.
In the range 20 mt. - 40 mt. the lowest is 13 °C (but in very strange conditions); usually about 15 °C - 16 °C.
