There is now a dive centre on Camotes (they have other offices in Camiguin).
Has anyone ever dived around there and could comment on the quality of the dive sites?
Could it compare to Moalboal and Bohol?
Yours,
Liberty

the dive op there is Johnny's. they do have three dive shops in Camiguin. havent been to camotes though.

i do not think there is diving in Camotes. it might be farther away from the island.

Can't say much about the diving in Camotes, but there's a couple of fishing boats that sank between the main island and Tulang; it might be worth exploring. I know this, because those boats belonged to a good friend who lives in Camotes. Anywya, I'll send him an email to find out about the diving in Camotes. Cheers.

hi sub, you sound like the diving is so so (no good) since it is also Durano area, and I promote it too at the last CDEX in Beijing. too bad, that make me a liar.

huwatt??? what the---???

there is diving in Camotes.. Ocean Deep through Tim Aukshun has just relocated there. If Im not mistaken they should be operational by now. My hunch is this area will probably be the next Boracay. 2 hours by boat from Cebu, long stretches of white find sand beach..

Im going there this November to visit him :)
