I had to get my doctor to sign a medical release form when I was getting certified. My question is do dive operators want to see this every time I dive?

Web Monkey:I'd be surprised if anybody asked for it, unless you have an obvious medical condition, or checked off any of the "probbaly shouldn't dive" (heart disease, seizures, etc.) boxes on their waiver.

herman:Some may. I would suggest you carry it with you......or be very careful and consider how you answer the questions on a release form. Your call. If you have access to old DAN mags, there was a article on the subject a while back titled something like "To Tell or Not To Tell". Interesting reading.
love2fishfork:My only issue is that I take a cholesterol lowering drug (Lipitor).
