Any 'video' lamp that switches on and off with a highly tactile push button (so you can feel it, as you cannot see it). On my cave helmet I have bungied either side a Volador div 11 torch. They are only 1k lumens but they are only for back up or as hands-free/ exit lights. I've been super happy with them for a good few years now.
