Hi All,

Sharing my side trip video to dive at Shark Tank Hulhumale after returned from Rasdhoo in February 2025.
I did a total of 4 dives over 2 days there.

The Local Operator is good and I feel very safe diving with them. On both days, It is 1 guide for 2 divers.

I don't advocate feeding but this is best dive site just 5 min from Male airport where you be have high chances to see 5-6 different kinds of big sharks at recreation depth. I saw a few Lemon Sharks, many Spinner Sharks, 5-6 Tiger Sharks, 5-6 Bull Sharks and a Guitar Shark. Did not see the main attraction which is the Great Hammerhead there.

Thanks for the video I will be there from 22 - 26 May diving there.

Wish you luck to be able to see the Elusive Great Hammerhead. I don't sighzzzzz

I've seen a few hammerheads in Fuvamulah this last week. Been fun also today a large group of Spanish divers 14 plus some other divers. The guides let me hang with them at the back of the groups at Tiger Zoo the last few days.

More action that way lol Love silent apex predators

Feeding in Hulhumale is so unnecessary. We used to have tigers, bulls, hammerheads, spinners, etc., without the feeding. One can tell the sharks' behavior has changed since this practice has started. A pity really. May I ask which local dive center you dived with?

I dive with Rajjie Diver.

Even Thailand bas banned feeding recently (22nd Apr 2025).
It's such a big business in the Maldives that it won't happen until a big accident take place (they usually are very skilled at hiding such accidents under the carpet). A diver recently was bitten by a tiger recently, and from what I have observed with sharks behavior recently, I am not at all surprised. This shark feeding has totally spoiled Fuvahmulah, and it now does the same in Hulhumale.
