After opting-in to Marketplace, it will take 30 minutes or more to take effect, as the system updates itself every so many minutes.

I see, thank you.

Doesn't it also take 15 posts? Or has that changed?

thats going to be hard work. 10 more posts to be able to sell a rebreather.

You've had 15 posts in ten years, and you were a member for 5 years before you even made a post.
(The point of ScubaBoard is not to provide a place to sell rebreathers!; that service is incidental.)
Try posing some more equipment info, or review some of he places you've dived, or ask a question about travel or gear.

More of a reader here, but thanks a lot - I appreciate your help.

Understood. But I would bet you have things to say that people here would be interested in hearing about. Do you dive locally in Estonia? Do you dive with a club? Did you buy a new rebreather or are you getting out of diving?

To add to what @tursiops said, another aspect of requiring some minimum number of posts before turning on Classifieds privileges actually benefits sellers like you: potential buyers might be more receptive to an ad posted by someone they feel they have sort of "gotten to know" through their posts--that there is a real rebreather diver behind your ad. People are wary of scammers. And old accounts sometimes get hacked. Although SB makes members jump through an extra hoop or two to use Classifieds, this may actually lead to better outcomes for both sellers and buyers than a generic site like Facebook Marketplace etc.
