I'm seeing the "insufficient privileges" too. I'm well over the 25 post threshold and I have the "access to Marketplace" checked.

Where is the 25 minimum listed?

Hi I am having the same issue. I have over 10 posts and have posted before in the marketplace. I found this thread and read through it, I enabled the opt in for Marketplace, saved the change and waited 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes I'm still getting the insufficient post message. Any help...

Thanks for the reference. I had seen it and posted my question right after it.

I realize maintenance and moderation for this board is all volunteer and that the Classifieds section is a bonus for us. However, I think the 2019 "Rules" for the Classified section should be updated and include the 25 minimum and other information that has evolved since the 2019 document was created. My $0.02

On your first Classifieds post, yes.

Why? Many users share the same username and password over many forums. Some of these old forums have been harvested, and hackers are using this information to hijack accounts in order to scam our users. We don't like that and have been changing our requirements in order to frustrate them enough to get them to leave us alone. Our success is up to you.
