order a while ago and we’re almost 2 weeks after the estimate ship date. I’ve send an email no answer.. should I be worried? Anyone encounter this in the past?

In exactly the same boat and not worried. No reply from the email I sent on May 8th believe I am also two weeks past my arrival date (5/10) but not suprised. I hear they make a wonderful product which I why I went with them but whoever runs their email needs to figure out how to do their job. After three emails with no reply I started looking on here and found many others with the same expereince. Not acceptable to be ignoring emails. Every time I've called they have been super pleasant but not always easily with international rates, time differences, etc.
 
Call them early in the morning Leeds time and you’ll get right through.
