I wanted to post a public "thanks" to Barb at Green Bay Scuba.
Home - Green Bay Scuba LLC
We flew into Green Bay last weekend, she took time on her day off to rent us some equipment so we could explore the waters of Door County (Ephraim and Sister Bay). She really went the extra mile to accomodate our schedule, even when I screwed up and said we'd be there an hour earlier than we actually showed up.
It's so great to have people like this in the world.
As for the diving, we just did some shallow dives in Little Sister Bay (saw Bass, some things that looked like small wrecks, etc.), Ephraim (not much to see), Horseshoe Island (car battery, piece of porcelain, perch, bass), and the Nicolet Bay beach - random Yachtie stuff - anchor line, a key, etc. Not the Rolex I was hoping to find.
Water was 70 degree at the surface and we didn't see anything deeper than 20', but all in all, it was interesting to see what's below the surface in an area that we've enjoyed for the last 40 years of vacationing.
