Actually I use paper towels to absorb water and cushion the glasses. The main issue is the slider locks have broken and we have to use rubber band type scrunchies to hold them shut.
 
Magpul DAKA Can
This is a link to the new version, but you can find the older version on the market. They designed these to ship their own eye wear and is often the current ugly Gascan style. So it might be big enough.

I use an Otterbox dry box. Supposedly rated to 90' for 30 minutes. While I don't dive with it, I do use it for cell phone, keys, sunglasses, etc., while snorkeling, and never had a drop of water enter the case
