I'm a Fish!
Hey everyone, just looking for any ideas or suggestions on training for multiple sports, including but not limited to:paddleboarding, kayaking, rock climbing, mountain biking, trail running. If anyone has any exercise suggestions on any of the above listed, I'd much appreciate any help, thanks.

i was an avid rock climber for many years the best training is climbing and running

Yay, running, haha, I know it's good for you, but it tends to be a little boring, trail running though, that's a different story.
As for the rock climbing, I don't have access to a wall or anything very often, so any ideas? I've been looking in to those training boards, with the different holds and all, do they do any good?
Well anyway, thanks for the advice, if you can think of anything else, let me know.

Another vote for crossfit, its a killer workout!
You want to get fit without a trainer Crossfit is the place!

Swimming!
If you know the four styles and get some paddles and a kickboard you can vary your workout depending on what you need(strength, endurance, flexibility) while in a low-impact enviroment...it´s also great for your core...

What I do is spend two nights a week in the pool and then have two sessions that I constantly change, doing things like spinning, running, boxercise, badminton...I´ve found that anything you do regularly, your body adapts to but as soon as you do something new, you discover muscles you thought you didn´t have...

ymmv

Once it warms up, I'm usually in the water every day or close to it for about 4 hours, there's no pool around here, so I've got to wait for the river to warm up, then I'll swim, kayak, paddleboard, pretty much whatever.

Thanks for the advice

Yep, crossfitting for a couple of years now. You can also adapt it to your pool work if so desired, do a search in the forum for more information.
