Cellular Service on ScubaSpa Zen or Raja Amapat in general

Apologies if this in not the correct place to post, but I am wondering if anyone has experience with AT&T international pass in the Raja Amapt region on a liveaboard. I am surprised that on ScubaSpa Zen, eventhough they have starlink, they charge for data over 1 gb for the trip. It seems like there may be some cellular service throughout Raja Ampat, but not sure if AT&T's Indo partners are part of that coverage.

yes, if you have international roaming it will work in indonesia, but you will only get acceptable service (4g+) near populated areas eg sorong/ambong or resorts that have a tower nearby like misool. if you are trying to take meetings or get work done, you will have to pay the boat for starlink.
