I was just wondering if anyone here knew how to repair the webbing between the weight pocket zipper and the innerside of the bcd on a Zeagle Ranger BCD?

It's a new bc and I'm no longer near the dive shop where I bought it or I'd just take it in there.

Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.

Might be good to post this in the Zeagle forum here. It's in the Manufacturers section.

Did the web breakdown or did you accidentally rip it?
If it was a manufacturing defect Zeagle will repair it.

It's not a rip it's like the webbing on the pocket just separated from the BCD.

I think Scott is gone this wqeek, I thought I remember him saying that in another post. Either way I think you should call Zeagle and talk to customer service. All a LDS will do is make the call and send it in for you when you can take care of this your self. You might consider posting up a picture of the Ranger pocket damage.

Zeagles customer service is great and that is one of the reasons why every BCD my family owns is Zeagle.

Yeah Scott said he would be out of the office until Friday.
You can give Zeagle a call and let them know.
As long as you're the original owner and did the warranty card thing you should be set.
OR You can wait until Scott comes back and ask him.

Just curious. What was the outcome of this issue? Did Zeagle handle it?

I just now saw this thread...sorry!! :)

The easy answer is, yes, we can probably fix it...either under warranty or for a small fee.

Any time you need a Zeagle repair, you can either take the product to any Zeagle dealer and they will send it in, or you can call us directly to get a Return Authorization number and send it in yourself.

Average turn around time is less than 5 business days, and you can find the transit times at the USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex websites. Often times, it takes longer in shipping back and forth than the actual repair, so plan accordingly!

Thanks,

Scott
