I just got my Express Tech last week and I quickly put a dive on it. It rocks! It is extremely light and non-restrictive. The power inflator works great, and the two rear dump valves are easy to get to. The fact that it has two tank bands is a plus. I especially like the weight system. It is very easy to use. It is easily expandable, and I will be adding more d-rings and such...
Overall it is very comfortable, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, lightweight, back inflate BC that is great for rec as well as tech.
