The DS IV had an extra LP port added (making a total of 5)....and became the DS V.
Same exact reg, 1 extra LP port.

And one last Q - why would one prefer 4lp ports and 2hp ports as apposed to 5lp ports and 1hp port?

We didn't take away a hp port, we just added a lp port.
The DS-V has 5 lp ports and 2 hp ports.

Serves me right for not checking with the Zeagle site to confirm tech specs...
I read a review of the DS-V and it claimed 5lp ports and 1hp port Gawd, if they can't get that right..
