I have a Zeagle Ranger BC that my ex got for me as a gift a few years ago. I don't have a receipt and not going to contact her for it. This is actually my second one, and I own quite a few other Zeagle products. My BC looks new, and I always at least rinse with fresh water after diving. This Ranger I have did something really weird. The cover that goes over the bladder just started unraveling out of no where. One day there was this gray looking spot, and shortly after that I realized what it was doing. It looks like they had sewn the edge too close to the raw cut material edge and somehow its worked through the stitching.

Its probably at least 8 months now that I emailed Zeagle through their "contact us" page on their site about this and didn't receive a response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and a couple weeks later I emailed them again and referred to my first email. I never even got a response. I'm not going to lie, I loved their product and I was happy when I got to retire my beat up old hand-me-down Ranger for a new one. I'm just wondering that without any customer support, why am I keeping their product.. :shakehead:

Here it is almost Lobster season and I guess Ill have to go with another brand so I can get back in the water.

I have to say I also have had superb response and service from Zeagle.

I contacted them here and my responses came very promptly. I suspect that an email is bouncing around in cyber space somewhere with a crossed 1 and 0......a call would likely fix it and a nicely worded post around here might as well .

Zeagle has a rep of excellent customer service...something is off here....Jeff should be along shortly to help clear it up.

Hi ECMFab, was the Contact Us page the only method of contact you used? I want to verify so I can beat on the appropriate doors.

If you don't mind, I'm going to send you a PM with my email address here in a minute. If you can send me some pictures of the bladder cover and the BC in general so I can determine the exact age and the method we'll need to repair it I'll see about getting this resolved ASAP for you.

Jeff contacted me and they are sending me out a replacement bladder cover! That is awesome, and has restored my faith in Zeagle products. I am very pleased that what I feel is the best BC out, is also backed by great customer service. A simple email link on their contact us page most likely would have taken care of this issue prior to it starting. Also, like what some of you suggested about picking up the phone most likely would have been helpful but our time differences and my work schedule didnt allow that on days that I thought of it. I agree, my emails are probably in a cyber space black hole somewhere. Thank you to Zeagle products and Im looking forward to getting back in the water.
