I have a Zeagle Ranger BC that my ex got for me as a gift a few years ago. I don't have a receipt and not going to contact her for it. This is actually my second one, and I own quite a few other Zeagle products. My BC looks new, and I always at least rinse with fresh water after diving. This Ranger I have did something really weird. The cover that goes over the bladder just started unraveling out of no where. One day there was this gray looking spot, and shortly after that I realized what it was doing. It looks like they had sewn the edge too close to the raw cut material edge and somehow its worked through the stitching.
Its probably at least 8 months now that I emailed Zeagle through their "contact us" page on their site about this and didn't receive a response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and a couple weeks later I emailed them again and referred to my first email. I never even got a response. I'm not going to lie, I loved their product and I was happy when I got to retire my beat up old hand-me-down Ranger for a new one. I'm just wondering that without any customer support, why am I keeping their product..
Here it is almost Lobster season and I guess Ill have to go with another brand so I can get back in the water.
