Hi,

I've got an older Zeagle Ranger that I exclusively use for single tank diving at the moment. However, I'd like to transition to a backplate and wing setup instead and I'm also looking at doing some tech training and running doubles at some point.

I dive off Vancouver, BC, so it's all drysuit work in cold salt water and I currently use 34 lbs of weight with AL80s.

I've been looking at a couple of different BP/W systems, but I think my preferred option would be a SS BP with around a 40lb lift bladder and a STA so I can run both singles and doubles. I noticed that Zeagle sells an SS backplate (although it does seem to have a premium price) and that it might be possible to use my existing Ranger bladder with the Zeagle BP. However, I haven't seen any videos or demonstrations online on how easy it is to attach Ranger wing to the Zeagle backplate or how this is accomplished.

Is there any advice or comments you might be able to offer?

Thanks,

Lee

Although the video is still uploading at this time we have instructions for exactly what you're describing, you can see it here when it finishes.

User Guides - Zeagle Dive Systems but it currently doesn't play.

Fixed, thanks for pointing that out for me.:coffee:
