YS-D2 Not firing

Help me!!!
Im shooting a sony rx100v with dual Sea and Sea YS-D2 strobes. One has quit firing in Manual mode. It fires in preflash but its not syncing to shutter release and also fires in TTLmode. It has done this intermittently in the past but only for a shot or two and then it would work again. Ihave tried switching fiber optic cablesand batteries. when I th no success. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
