New, unused, AquaLung Yoke (acd) to DIN (acd) conversion kit.
This kit fits the new L3G3ND series (Elite, MBS), LEGEND series (2013 and up) and GLACIA regulators.
It also comes with new filter, new filter o-ring and installation instructions*

Looked for one of these for a while, but resorted to just swapping out the 1st stage, could be a nice find for someone!
 
Correct, they are not easy to find. LeisurePro no longer carries them. Northeast Scuba has them for $119 + shipping but it looks different on the picture (for older model).
