Yap Explorer- new dive resort?

I read about the new dive resort- Yap Explorer and the newly renovated Esa Bay View Hotel. I am going to Yap in Feb 2009 and was originally planning to stay at Manta Ray Bay hotel. But I am now being tempted by the better prices with Yap Explorer. Does anyone have any diving experiences with them or have stayed in their newly renovated hotel? Please share.

Me too! I'm doing a week in Palau and then a week in Yap the last weeks of February. Everyone I have talked to says to stay at Manta Ray Bay Hotel, but once you add everything in, it's quite expensive. Also, I'm having a rough time communicating with the reservations manager. It seems to me that booking everything separately turns out to be cheaper than booking one of their packages. While doing all my research, I came across ESA Bay View Hotel, but can't find much for reviews. Anyone?
