Benefits of the xtx200:
-If you damage/ruin the sealing surface it is replaceable.
-The hose routing for Doubles/singles is superior compared to the legends.
-Will never ever close shut.
-the second stage can be opened under water if you're into that type of thing. (this was also the case for the old legends, not the newer ones).

Benefits of the Legend:
-Pretty low working pressure. They run insanely well around 118-120 (good for cold water performance)
-The diaphragm is protected very well and can get damaged alot less easily than the one on the xtx200
-Cheaper depending on where you live
-Pretty low maintenace

Main issue people have with the legend:

the Aqualung acd-device.

This is a mechanism that closes the reg shut when it is not connected to an air pressure source, making it impossible for water to enter the first stage.

AFAIK there have been 0 incidents recorded with the ACD-device where everything was properly done by the book.
There were some incidents where it would close shut because of improper torque.

if someone disconnects the 1st without fully depressurizing then sometime the ADC unwinds slightly. This means that you will need to re tighten it.
Aqualung did put out a notice about this issue a while ago and the problem seems to have been fixed.

The big advantage of the acd is that these first stages tend to stay pristine inside for a very long time, no matter how bad the person diving them treats them.

Both are great regulators.
