My husband only used this a few times. It has been stored for 10 years. It should be serviced prior to use. $350 or make offer. The weight bags for the pockets are included.

My husband is 6-1" and weighs the same. Zeagle has a sizing chart based on your chest size. Check that and see if it will fit. It does have a lot of adjustability
