I'd like to have the full stories of at least 2 planes that I could also dive.
Hi,

this is a panorama picture of B17 Flying Fortress in France, clic on it, there is a link to its story (English version available).

I have dive this airplane in July. Even if I had seen a lot of pictures before, the emotion was there.

During WWII there was a seaplane dock at the beach at the end of Kristiansand airport, Kjevik in southern Norway.
There is a sunken Dornier 24 there that was damaged in combat with a Mosquito. The wreck is at 30 meters approx 50 meters from the shore. The front section and the right wing i think it was is still in pretty good shape, however the tail and left wing is broken off and quite deteriorated.
When I went there the water was pretty murky due to the weather in combination with the bottomn conditions.

EDIT: Found a short video giving some idea of the condition of the wreck http://dive-norway.no/video/donier.htm
