I have a chance to get a set of Worthington LP 95's complete. I currently have a WTX4 wing and WTX harness/SS backplate. Does anyone know if this will work?....40lbs of lift. I know it will work just about perfect with HP100's or LP85's, Just dont know about the 95's, anyone have any experience bad or good please chime in, Thanks or the help

Many people who I have seen diving with doubles, and have asked them what size bladder they use. All my responses were at least 60 lbs of lift if not more. Seriously, this is what i was told, I personally don't dive doubles yet, and will not for a while. If you take my advice, take at least people who dive doubles advice, all I am telling you is what people who I have met who dive with doubles are using.

I just talked to a guy at my LDS and he uses the same wing. He said the lift of the wing is listed at 45lbs and is more like 47lbs true. He also told me that he regularly dives HP130's with the WTX4 wing and has no problems at all. He also went on to say that he as also strapped two 65cf deco bottles and also never encountered any problems though he said it was really reaching the limit of the wing. All of his dives with that setup were in fresh water. The tanks Im looking at are here locally and the seller is going to let me try the tanks before I buy so I think I might take him up on that, unless someone else out there dives this configuration and can chime in with their experience.

How negative are the LP 95's? I dive the WTX 4 w/ the HP 100's. Actually, with a drysuit, a 19 cf pony, and a SS backplate, I was actually getting cold on my last ocean dive while doing deco, and my BC was empty, so I couldn't add much air to my drysuit.

The LP95's are -10lbs full and -3 empty. They have Highland SS bands, diverite 200bar manifolds and its all connected to a SS backplate, which i might switch to an aluminum for weight reasons. Looks as though the HP100's are -10lbs full also, though im sure thats not an exact figure. I weighed the whole rig last night and it weighs 112lbs with the tanks full (3000psi) out of the water. Im going to try them out this weekend in a 20ft quarry, wet, to see how they do, Im sure I would be ok with a drysuit. Also, they look like they sit on the wing quite nicely, seems as though the apeks wings seem to run a little big.
