I have the Apeks WTX harness with steel back plate. Currently using it with a single 15L steel cylinder with single Apeks 40 wing.
Does anyone know of the WTC harness can take the weight of a twin-set?
 
The WTX harness will work perfectly for twins, you'll need a doubles wing to support the weight though - its wider and has more lift.
