Looking for two HP 119s with current VIP and Hydro. Need to have a Transport Canada stamp as well. I'm in Oregon, so Washington or Oregon only please.

Not identical. I won't be doing doubles. What you you have? Are you local? I've had other offers, but the shipping costs makes used tanks difficult to price.
