I am currently living in Qatar and am looking to buy a set of Al twins (11L).

Have you given any thought to building a set? A new manifold and twinning bands will set you back about $300, plus shipping. I think the last used AL80's I bought in Muscat cost about $100 each.

I do have a steel 12L twin set I would part with.

I have considered building a set but will try the 2nd hand market first. Am looking for Alu tanks though..
