Solved: wrong user group

I have gained the "Instructor, Scuba" user title, however I am not an instructor.

I am in the Divemaster and PADI Pros groups, but not Instructor, Scuba. So I can't leave the group. See screenshot.

Would a kind admin or mod revert my title to Divemaster? Or let me know how to fix? Maybe if I join and then leave the instructor group? I don't want to falsely represent myself
