Wrist Seal Replacement

Someone a while back posted a link to a website that showed how to replace latex wrist seals, and I know it involved using a large pop bottle..... It had great step by step instructions, except, when I read it, I didn't have much use for it....

If anyone has a/the/that link for something of that nature, could you pass it along?
