Looks like the fit and finish on the outside cover wasn't seared after the material was cut out for the shoulder assembly to come through. Now it is unravelling more all the time. Since this problem seems to be a material and workmanship problem, is it covered by a warrenty?

Hi Scubaskipper,

Sorry to hear your having troubles, I'd like to take a look at your wing. We'll be happy to replace or repair any wing that is damaged by faulty manufacture or material, at no cost, for the lifetime of the BC. This warranty applies to the original purchaser, with receipt.

Complete instructions for you to send the wing to us is listed here: SCUBA Diving Equipment for Technical, Wreck and Cave Diving: Dive Rite, Inc - Warranty Policy

However, if you have any more questions, please let me know.

Best,
Kathleen
