Big ship or small boat,,no fisherman (not one) will give up his location of his fishing spot(s).
Big boats use AIS to transmit their location to the satellites but guess what......When they get near their fishing spot they TURN OFF THE AIS transmitter !!
I'm a commercial scuba harvester, it happens every day.
The article is written with a big cup of koolaide,,,drink it in slowly.

It seems there is no fishing around India ;-) come do a days diving and you'll see the boats they are hundreds of them just all small trawlers not the mega boats but they do as much damage
